Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
[5] Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand;
[6] do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
[7] And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, |
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
[8] Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable,
whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence,
if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
[9] What you have learned and received and heard and seen
in me-practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

- 1 Corinthians 13:3-8    Love....suffers long, - is kind, - does not envy, - does not parade itself, is not puffed up, does not behave rudely, - does not seek its own,  is not provoked,  thinks no evil. Does not rejoice in iniquity, rejoices in the truth, bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things endures all things.  NOW ABIDE FAITH, HOPE, LOVE, THESE THREE: BUT THE GREATEST OF THESE IS LOVE.  13:13.

love, joy, peace, longsuffering (patience), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control,

Colossians 3:12-16 Put on these things - tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering (patience), bear one another's burden, forgive one another, above all, put on love. Let the peace of God rule in your hearts. Be thankful. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly. Teach and admonish one another, Sing with grace in your hearts.  The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these DO and the God of peace will be with you."
